We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by Tada driver’s inappropriate words and actions.
It was recently revealed that a Tada driver made inappropriate remarks about a specific user in a chat room in which an unspecified number of people participated. The driver in question was immediately terminated and permanently expelled from the contract in accordance with Tada's user safety policy. We will thoroughly review legal action in this case and hold him/her accountable.
Taking this incident as a mirror, we will respond more strictly to any kind of discrimination or sexual harassment in the future. In the future, in cooperation with driver agencies, we will strengthen gender awareness training (training to strengthen gender equality awareness) for all Tada drivers, and strengthen the new contract process so that only those who complete the training can work as drivers. In addition, we will continue to implement the one-strike out system for actions that undermine user safety.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Tada will work harder to keep its promise to users of ‘safer, more convenient, and more honest’.
