To help you use Tada's airport transfer reservation service 'Tada AIR' more comfortably, we are piloting a concierge service at Incheon Airport. During the pilot period, concierge services will be provided free.
What is the concierge service?
This is an additional service provided to help you use ‘Tada AIR’ more comfortably.

*The trial operation end date has been changed from the end of the year to 11/30.
Pilot operation concierge service
- Return hall picketing service
- Baggage transfer and guidance service from the return hall to the reserved vehicle
- Vehicle baggage loading assistance service upon boarding
- Free airport waiting (up to 1 hour) when using the arrival service
- Free airport waiting (up to 1 hour) when using the departure service
- Free at the boarding point when using the departure service Waiting (maximum 30 minutes)
*Concierge service is provided for those who reserve/user of ‘Tada AIR’ RV Incheon Airport.
*Concierge service operates from 04:00 to 24:00 at the airport.
'Tada AIR' can be used by pressing the [Tada AIR/PRIVATE Reservation] button at the bottom of the Tada app home screen. Start and end your trip more comfortably with ‘Tada AIR’.
