Tada is focusing on creating efficient and comfortable transportation based on platform technology and data. In addition, we are creating a new mobility market by pursuing coexistence rather than competition with taxis.
In order to avoid direct price competition with existing industries, promote coexistence, and provide safer, more convenient, and differentiated transportation services, we will increase the basic fare of 'Tada Basic' and 'Tada Assist' by 800 won from November 18, 2019. There will also be some adjustments to the fare based on travel distance and time, so please check the estimated fare after entering your destination.
We are also changing the cancellation fee policy to ensure a more efficient connection between Tada drivers and users. The cancellation fee (non-boarding fee) for 'Tada Basic' and 'Tada Assist' vehicles will be increased by 800 won after arrival, and a cancellation fee of 3,000 won will be applied for cancellations 5 minutes after the vehicle has been dispatched.
We ask for your deep understanding of this fee increase.
