Tada is always working to create a safer and more comfortable travel culture. Additionally, we want to minimize unnecessary misunderstandings about legitimate services.
To provide better service, Tada shares guidelines with its driver partners. However, there is a view that such guidelines may amount to commands and orders to drivers, so we would like to change the operating method as follows until a final ruling in the related case is made and the relevant laws are revised.
- If the user's evaluation falls below the pre-shared standard with the driver for two consecutive months, the driver will not be appointed.
- We will not provide assistance to drivers who intentionally evade their contractual obligations more than twice. (When the driver intentionally uses a rented vehicle and illegally fails to fulfill his service obligations to the user)

① Failure to accept the call - Arbitrarily rejecting the user's request to drive
② Driver cancellation and induction of cancellation - Accepting the call After the driver arbitrarily cancels the cancellation and requests the user to cancel, etc. - We will not mediate drivers who have committed acts that threaten the safety of users.
- When it is confirmed that a situation in which safe driving of the user is not guaranteed, such as drunkenness or mental weakness before driving
- When acts such as sexual harassment, sexual assault, or verbal abuse are committed during driving
- When a traffic accident is caused, including violation of important traffic laws more than 2 times or gross negligence during service performance. Case
As above, Tada plans to expand the user's authority over the driver from before, while leaving Tada with only the minimum authority to provide safe mobility services.
