We would like to inform you of the revision of the Terms of Use for location-based services.
The revised terms and conditions will apply from January 17, 2025. If there is no separate indication of intent regarding the revised terms and conditions before the date of application of the revised terms and conditions, it is recognized that you agree to the revised terms and conditions and intend to use the service. If you do not agree to the revised terms and conditions, you may withdraw membership.

Article 7 Contents of Services
① The purpose and period of retention of location-based services and personal location information provided by the company are as follows.

② The company automatically records and preserves data confirming the use and provision of location information in accordance with Article 16, Paragraph 2 of the Act on the Protection and Use of Location Information, and stores such data for 12 months.
③ When the Company has achieved the purpose of using or providing personal location information, it will immediately destroy personal location information except for the data confirming the use and provision of location information under Paragraph 3. However, if it is required to be retained in accordance with other laws or if the member separately consents to the retention of personal location information, it may be retained for up to one year from the time the member consents.

① The service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, the service may be suspended for business or technical reasons, and the service may also be suspended for a period set by the company for operational purposes. In this case, the company announces this in advance or after the fact.
② The services provided by the company are as follows.
1) Service name: Location sharing service
2) Service content: Service provided to users who have entered into a service agreement with the company in accordance with the “Tada Driver” service terms and conditions, including driver arrangement, rental car reservation brokerage, and taxi and other passenger car transportation call mediation, in accordance with the “Tada Driver” service terms and conditions
③ Errors may occur in location information depending on the development of related technology.
