[How to apply discount]
1. Check the 50% discount coupon in the Tada app [Menu>Coupon].
2. On the Tada app main screen, select [Call Tada].
3. When using Tada LITE or Tada PLUS, apply the coupon and use Tada at a 50% discount with no limit to the number of times.
[Are you having trouble?]
- If there is no 50% discount coupon in the Tada app coupon box, close and relaunch the Tada app and check [Menu>Coupons]. If you still cannot check the coupon, please leave an inquiry through [Contact Us] at the bottom of [Menu>Customer Center].
If you forgot to apply the 50% coupon when calling- Tada LITE or Tada PLUS, you can apply the coupon on the Tada app while on the go. However, if you arrive at the destination without the coupon applied and the use has been completed, the 50% discount cannot be processed.
