Tada Service Terms of Use, Article 9, Paragraph 2 [Driving service brokerage service such as designated driver] Addition No. 8
8. The designated driving service used by the member ends when the driving service provider completes the operation (when the fee is paid after arriving at the destination), and we are not responsible for any damage caused by incidents or accidents that occur to the member after the completion of the operation, unless the damage is caused by the company or the driving service provider's intention or negligence.

Please note that if you do not express your intention regarding the revised terms and conditions before the effective date, you will be deemed to have agreed to the revised terms and conditions and intend to use the service. If you do not agree to the revised terms and conditions, you may withdraw your membership.
We will continue to strive to provide a friendly, basic transportation service with no refusal to ride.
