Tada Service Terms of Use Article 10, Paragraph 1, No. 1 [Cancellation Fee After Dispatch] Contents Changed
- Before change: If you cancel 5 minutes after matching the vehicle, a cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellation fees vary depending on the product and are announced within the app at each call time and can be checked in the help within the app. However, if the vehicle arrives more than a certain hour later than the time indicated when calling, no penalty will be charged. You can check the time for which the penalty was not claimed in the help.
- After change: If you cancel after 2 minutes after vehicle matching, a cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellation fees vary depending on the product and are announced within the app at each call time and can be checked in the help within the app. However, if the vehicle arrives more than a certain hour later than the time indicated when calling, no penalty will be charged. You can check the time for which the penalty was not claimed in the help.
[Notice of fee change]
- Tada Lite cancellation fee is changed from 2,000 won to 1,000 won .
- Tada Light non-boarding fee changed from 3,000 won to 2,000 won .
Please note that if you do not express your intention regarding the revised terms and conditions before the effective date, you will be deemed to have agreed to the revised terms and conditions and intend to use the service. If you do not agree to the revised terms and conditions, you may withdraw your membership.
