How to use the driver app
- In the case of driving using call-out, After dispatching the vehicle, the user's name is announced in the last digits of the actual passenger's phone number.
- Click the right phone button → You will see the button that allows a phone call to both the caller and the passenger.
- After the operation is completed, the names of both the caller and the passenger are recorded in the operation history, so you can distinguish it from a regular call.
Notes
- You can only check whether the caller and the caller are different by pressing the right phone button.
- It is possible to connect with both the caller and the passenger's contact information. If you cannot contact the caller, please call the passenger as well!
