Tada Light Seoul area(Joint Business Area) This is the usage fee information.
Basic usage fee
The basic fare of Tada Light follows the meter fare of a regular mid-sized taxi.
The basic fare is 4,800 won (1.6km), and the usage fee is calculated through a meter in proportion to the distance and time traveled from boarding the vehicle to arriving at the destination.
Out-of-clock surcharge
If you stopover or get off in an area outside of Tada Light's business area (departure point), an additional fee will be charged for driving outside the area.
Transit and disembarkation outside of Seoul city limits: A 20% surcharge applies from the point outside Seoul city limits.
Night surcharge
Based on Tada Light's operating hours, night rates are applied to rides with boarding and alighting between 22:00 and 23:00 and 02:00 and 04:00.
Late night surcharge
Based on Tada Light's operating hours, late-night fares are applied to trips where boarding and disembarkation occur between 23:00 and 02:00.
Call fee
When using Tada Light in the metropolitan area, a call fee of up to 5,000 won applies.
Cancellation and non-boarding fees
If you cancel a call or do not board while using the Tada Light service, a fee will be charged as follows.
<Cancellation fee>
- If the call is canceled after 2 minutes from the time of vehicle dispatch, a cancellation fee of 1,000 won will be charged
※ However, the cancellation fee is waived only if there is a difference of more than 5 minutes between the vehicle's estimated arrival time and the actual arrival time.
<Non-boarding fee>
- After the vehicle arrives at the departure point, if the driver is not contacted and is not boarded within 5 minutes , it will be considered a no-show and the ride will be cancelled. A non-boarding fee of 2,000 won will be charged.
- In order to use the vehicle quickly and smoothly, please board the vehicle within 5 minutes of arrival. If boarding is delayed, please be sure to contact the driver in advance and board as quickly as possible.
