Instruction on how to use the call function
[Call]
1) Call Tada Enter the ‘passenger phone number’ to board on the website
*Customers with registered phone numbers will be notified of vehicle dispatch and cancellation status.

- If there is no passenger phone number, please enter the hotel contact number.

If the passenger does not know the phone number, can be checked using the method below.
- Android model: Settings>Phone information>Phone number
- iPhone model: Settings>Phone>My phone number
- For overseas numbers, please enter the country code.
2) Check whether you agree to personal information
3) Select Call
4) Upon completing the Tada Next call, a text message informing you of the dispatch status will be sent to the phone number you entered.
[Boarding]
- After completing the call, a text message (Korean/English) informing you of vehicle dispatch and arrival status will be sent to the phone number you entered.
- If the call is inevitably canceled due to the driver's circumstances, the passenger will be notified by text message.
- Boarding location will be at the location initially designated by the hotel. (e.g. hotel lobby, parking lot, etc.)
Notes on using the function
- Duplicate logins to the calling website are not possible, so you must access the account information provided for each device.
- Call history usage records can only be viewed from call records made from logged in accounts.
- If the call is canceled after 2 minutes, a cancellation fee will be charged to the caller. However, if the call is made using the website, Tada will bear the cost of the cancellation fee. Frequent cancellations after calling may affect the smooth use of other customers, so please be careful to avoid frequent cancellations.
