Updated
1. Assignment/Licensing of Copyright and Usage Rights
Entrants warrant that the photographs they submit (the “Works”) are original creations for which they hold the copyright.
By participating in the event, entrants are deemed to grant the organizer and the Seoul Metropolitan Government, free of charge, the right to use the submitted Works for non-commercial purposes, including reproduction, distribution, exhibition, and the creation of derivative works.
2. Responsibility for Portrait Rights and Infringement of Third-Party Rights
Entrants must obtain prior consent from the relevant rights holders regarding the portrait rights of individuals appearing in the Works, third-party copyrights, and all other applicable rights.
In particular, photographs featuring children or infants are deemed to have been taken and submitted with the consent of their legal representatives, such as parents.
Entrants bear sole responsibility for all civil and criminal liability arising from legal disputes concerning infringement of third-party rights, including portrait rights, copyrights, and personality rights.
3. Scope of Use of the Works
All submitted Works may be used to report on the outcomes of the Seoul Metropolitan Government’s Mom and Dad Taxi program, promote related policies, produce collections of best practices, and publish content on official social media channels and websites.
