2. Purpose of Collecting Personal Information
To provide efficient TADA service to actual passengers (non-members), manage customer inquiries, resolve complaints, respond to issues, process civil complaints, and mediate disputes.
3. Items of Personal Information Collected
Actual passenger contact information, departure and destination locations, boarding date and time.
4. Retention and Usage Period of Personal Information
Retained for one year from the date of service completion. However, if complaints or disputes are ongoing, the information will be retained for one year after the conclusion of the respective complaint or dispute, or for five years from the termination of the business relationship.
5. Rights and Obligations of Information Subjects and Method of Exercise
Information subjects may view or modify their registered personal information at any time and have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of their information.
However, refusal of consent may limit the use of TADA services.
