What kind of service is Mom and Dad Tada?
- This is a service that provides a 200,000 won discount so that families with infants under 48 months of age can travel comfortably anywhere.
What are the benefits?
- We will give you a Tada coupon worth a total of 200,000 won. All coupons are valid until October 31, 2024. All coupons will expire after the expiration date.

- When making a reservation for Tada, you can select the car seat installation option.
- You can apply by making a reservation at least 24 hours before the boarding time. However, if car seats are out of stock, your reservation may be canceled.
When is the application period?
- Starting from Monday, August 12, 2024, applications may end early due to the first-come-first-served basis. You will be notified of the approval result via text message within 5 business days from the date of application.
Who can apply?
- Any parent of an infant 48 months or younger from the date of application, that is, an infant born after August 13, 2020, can apply.
- Up to 2 children can apply per person at a time.
- There are no region restrictions for application.
How do I apply?
- Apply for Tada App [Menu>Mom and Dad Tada]
- Consent to collection and use of personal information, applicant’s identity verification required
- Enter the first 7 digits of the applicant's infant's real name and resident registration number
- Attach supporting documents (copy of resident registration of applicant’s infant or certificate of family relationship)
- Confirm approval results within up to 5 business days (individual notification via text message)
- Automatically issue coupon immediately after approval
- If approval is rejected, check the reason and reapply
What documents are required?

A copy of resident registration or family relationship certificate (jpeg, png, heic, pdf file) containing the information of the infant subject to application is required. The names of the head of the household and all household members must be listed. To protect personal information, please hide the last digits of your resident registration number.
Where is service available?
- Departure is possible from all areas of Seoul, Incheon Airport, Gwangmyeong City, and Wirye New Town, and there are no restrictions on the destination area.
Are only infants registered as residents of Seoul eligible to apply?
- There are no regional restrictions on application. However, please note that Tada service calls are only available in the Seoul area.
Can the applicant and actual passenger (spouse, relative, grandparent) be different?
- Coupons are issued based on the applicant's account, so please use the call function instead. However, you must be accompanied by your child or infant who is eligible for the service. Coupons will be refunded if an infant or child is not traveling with you.
I have more than 2 children. Can multiple people apply?

Yes, it is possible. However, coupons are issued per infant, so benefits cannot be duplicated or divided among multiple applicants.

How do I use the car seat?
- When making a general reservation or time reservation in [Reservation] at the bottom of the Tada app, those eligible for Mom and Dad Tada can check the option to add a car seat. Reservations can be made at least 24 hours prior to boarding time. You can apply for one car seat per vehicle. If car seats are out of stock, you must choose between canceling your reservation or boarding without a car seat.
