How to provide a service tip
After getting off, on the driver evaluation screen If you select 'Satisfied', the service tip selection function is activated as follows:
If you select 'Satisfied' on the left evaluation screen, you can provide an additional service tip. If you are satisfied with the service, leave a service tip to the driver. Try providing it!

Service tip precautions
- The amount of service tip that can be provided may vary depending on the amount of Tada usage.
- The entire service tip excluding card fees, etc. is paid directly to the driver. It is delivered.
- Due to the nature of the function, refunds cannot be made after payment. Please understand.
- If the driver requests a service tip, please report it through the Tada app [Menu>Customer Center>Contact Us].
