'Standing fee service' is a function that allows you to request additional waiting time when the free waiting time for boarding is insufficient after the vehicle arrives at the departure point in a real-time call or reservation service.
[How to use the waiting fee service]
- After the driver arrives at the departure point, the Request button will be displayed along with the phrase Do you want to request additional waiting time?.
- Press the button to request
- If the driver accepts the request, additional waiting time is activated.

- Basic waiting time and additional waiting time are applied differently depending on the calling service.
- Real-time call
- You can wait up to 15 minutes, including the default waiting time of 5 minutes.
- Reservation service
- You can wait up to 70 minutes, including the default waiting time of 10 minutes.
- Real-time call
- Cannot be used for calling on behalf of others / on-site payment calls, etc.
- The driver may decline requests for additional waiting time.

- Additional waiting time 200 won per minute (maximum 10 minutes, 2000 won)
- Reservation service
- Additional waiting time 3,000 won per 10 minutes (maximum 60 minutes, 18,000 won)
- If you cancel the train after accepting the additional waiting request, a cancellation fee + waiting fee will be charged.
- After accepting the additional waiting request, the driver can directly cancel the dispatch when the maximum additional request time has passed, and a cancellation fee + waiting fee will be paid.
