What is airport transfer?
Tada Airport Transfer is a convenient service that allows you to reserve the desired vehicle (Next/Plus) at the desired time in advance for travel to and from the airport without worrying about dispatch.

Boarding policies and usage methods apply depending on each service (vehicle type).
How to use
- Select [Reservation] on the Tada app main screen.
- Select the desired itinerary and select the departure/destination route, including the airport, to make a reservation.
- You can make a reservation in advance from at least 30 minutes in advance to up to 8 weeks in advance.
- After receiving the reservation, we will attempt to match the driver 20 minutes before the boarding request time.
- You can apply for up to 10 simultaneous reservations.
- Coupons/credits can be applied from the time of reservation until disembarkation.
- When making a reservation with a business account, the purpose of boarding can be modified at the reservation application stage and on the screen during boarding.
Reservation confirmed
Instant confirmation of your reservation is guaranteed to ensure a smooth airport transfer. However, reservation confirmation is guaranteed if all of the conditions below are met.
1) Reservations with Gimpo Airport or Incheon Airport as the destination
2) Cases using the Tada Next Lineup
3) Reservations made between 00:00 midnight and 06:59 am and excluding boarding within that time on the same day
- [Example 1] Reservations made at 01:00 am on December 1 and December If you wish to board at 05:00 in the morning on the 1st, confirmation of your reservation is not guaranteed.
- [Example 2] If you make a reservation at 01:00 in the morning on December 1st and board at 05:00 in the morning on December 2, your reservation is guaranteed.
However, the reservation may be canceled due to the driver's circumstances, or the reservation may not be confirmed until 20 minutes before the scheduled boarding time due to unavoidable reasons. In this case, Tada will credit 100% of the estimated fare (up to KRW 30,000) as alternative travel costs.
※ Airport transportation information ※
- Payment is made in the confirmed amount, but additional fees may be added if the final travel distance exceeds the estimated distance or depending on road conditions.
- If 10 minutes have passed since the reservation was confirmed and within 12 hours of boarding time, a different fee will be charged depending on the cancellation time. (If boarding does not occur by 10 minutes of boarding time, 100% of the estimated fare (up to KRW 30,000))
- If you request to load excessive amounts of luggage, driving may be difficult, and accordingly, you may be notified that you cannot board and a fee may be charged for not boarding.
