Airport transfer reservation cancellation fee
If the reservation is confirmed and the driver is assigned and the reservation product is canceled or not boarded due to the customer's change of mind or circumstances, a cancellation fee will be charged to prevent indiscriminate cancellation. Cancellation fees are calculated based on the confirmed rate without coupons applied.
