After disembarking, you can rate the driver through the Tada app.
You can select a star rating from 1 to 5, and choose or write a reason for the evaluation. Ratings are processed anonymously, and are reflected collectively after a certain time, so the driver will never know which user the rating is from.
The ‘Perfect Driver’ is selected by accumulating user ratings, and the driver selected as the ‘Perfect Driver’ receives a special reward. Your evaluation will be of great help in improving Tada service, so we ask for your active participation.
