Tada is striving to provide comfortable vehicles and friendly driver service, and to this end, we are implementing a mutual evaluation system based on the principle of etiquette between drivers and customers.
If the following provisions are violated, the driver may give the customer a negative evaluation, and if negative evaluations accumulate, the use of Tada services may be restricted.
For a comfortable and safe trip for everyone, please make sure to follow boarding etiquette when using Tada.
Please use the vehicle cleanly for the next user.
- Smoking in vehicles, including electronic cigarettes, is strictly prohibited and your eligibility may be restricted immediately.
- Please refrain from eating or drinking in the vehicle. Even a light impact may cause food to spill.
- Please do not take the provided items (charger, diffuser) as they are Tada's property for all users.
Please cooperate so that the driver can focus on safe driving.
- Threats such as verbal abuse/assault/interference with the driver while in transit are absolutely prohibited, and your eligibility may be restricted immediately.
- Tada drivers follow traffic laws and drive safely. Please do not make unreasonable demands such as speeding or violating red lights.
- Please refrain from using excessively loud volume or noise inside the car as it may interfere with driving.
