Passport is a membership service that is renewed once a year, and regular payments are made once a year on the same date as the first payment.
Please refer to the following precautions regarding the payment method and process from membership registration to cancellation.
[Notes regarding regular payment]

- Passport is an annual membership service that automatically attempts regular payments one year after signing up.
- The regular payment date is automatically set to the date you signed up for Passport membership. If there is no such date, payment will be made on the last day of the month.
- If the regular payment fails, the benefit will be converted to unusable status, and if the automatic payment for a total of 3 times finally fails, the status will be changed to unsubscribed. (Payment is attempted on the regular payment date, regular payment date +1 day, and regular payment date +2 days.)
- Once the regular payment is successfully made, payment details will be notified via SMS and push notification.
- If the regular payment is delayed due to problems with the payment method, etc., the passport start date will be reset based on the time the payment is finally made.
- Regular payment is made automatically one year later using the card used when first signing up for Passport.
- If you want to delete a card scheduled for regular payment, you can change the regular payment card in the [Change payment method] menu at the bottom of the passport page and then delete it.

Cancellation Information
- Cancellation means stopping your next recurring payment. In other words, when you apply for cancellation, your membership benefits will remain until the next regular payment date. Non-payment and membership will be automatically canceled on the next regular payment date.
- If you wish to cancel, you can apply for cancellation at [Cancel Passport Membership] at the bottom of the Passport page.
- You can withdraw cancellation and maintain your subscription at any time from the time you request cancellation until the day before the end of the period of use.

Refund Information
- Refund means immediate return of currently used Passport benefits.
- Full refunds will be made only if all membership benefits, including discounts and savings, are not used at Tada and Socar within 14 days from the date of signing up for Passport membership.
- Refunds are not possible if 14 days have passed since the date of subscription to Passport membership.
- If you wish to receive a refund, you can apply for a refund at the bottom of the Passport page: [Cancel Passport Membership].
- If you are using the real-time calling service, you cannot apply for a refund.
- As soon as the refund is completed, the coupon/credit will be withdrawn and credit accumulation and all remaining related benefits will be forfeited.

Withdraw from app
- From the time you subscribe to the Passport service, you cannot withdraw from the app you paid for.
- After you apply for cancellation, your membership will be canceled normally at the next regular payment time, and you can withdraw from then on.
- Even if you are using the Passport service, you can freely unsubscribe from the other app. (However, automatic linking is not possible when re-registering, and manual linking is required after signing up.)
*Check Passport payment details, change payment method, cancel, and refund are all possible only through the app that paid for (subscribed to) Passport. In the other app, only 'membership registration date' and 'next payment date' information can be checked.
