After signing up for Passport membership, in order to receive all the integrated benefits provided by Tada and Socar , you need to link Tada-Socar account.
Passport membership connects Socar and Tada accounts based on contact information, and both apps must be signed up with the same mobile phone number to enable smooth account connection. Mobile phone number can be changed in the settings menu of each app.

Autoconnect
- If there is no previous connection history, an automatic connection is attempted.
- If you are both a member of Tada & Socar - you will be automatically connected upon payment completion.
- If you are a member of only one of Tada or Socar - After making payment in the app of which you are a member, you will be automatically connected when you sign up for another app.

If automatic connection does not occur, or if the connection is interrupted randomly and you want to make a new connection, you can try to connect manually.

Disconnect
- If you want to disconnect from the Socar app, you can 'Pause account connection' in [Socar account connection information] at the bottom of the Passport page. *If you disconnect, you will not be able to enjoy Passport benefits in the app

If you sign up for the 'Tada' and 'Socca' apps with different numbers, automatic connection is not possible and you may be connected to someone else, so we recommend that you maintain the latest version of your phone number in both apps.

Inactive members
- Apps that have applied for and paid for a subscription are not processed for dormancy within the Passport service usage period.

Other apps that have not applied for or paid for a subscription may be marked as dormant even during the Passport service use period.

Withdraw from app
- From the time you subscribe to the Passport service, you cannot withdraw from the app you paid for.
- After you apply for cancellation, your membership will be canceled normally at the next regular payment time, and you can withdraw from then on.
- Even if you are using the Passport service, you can freely unsubscribe from the other app. (However, automatic linking is not possible when re-registering, and manual linking is required after signing up.)
