To call
After setting the departure point and destination on the app's first screen, select 'Next' in the vehicle options. You can check the estimated fare/route/estimated arrival time, etc. When you start a call, the closest vehicle that can be driven is immediately dispatched, and information on the dispatched vehicle can be checked through the app. If the call is canceled 2 minutes after the driver is dispatched, a cancellation fee of 3,000 won will be charged.
Boarding
When the dispatched vehicle approaches the departure point, the app We will guide you. Please check the dispatched vehicle information and the arrived vehicle information before boarding. We will send you a push notification after your vehicle arrives at the departure location. If you do not board the bus within 5 minutes without contacting the driver, it will be considered a no-show and the ride may be canceled and a non-boarding fee of 4,000 won will be charged. You will be charged.
Moving
Once you start moving to your destination, you can check the location of the vehicle in real time through the app. Wearing a seat belt is required while moving, and you can also use the cell phone charging line and Wi-Fi provided in the car.
Getting off
Before getting off, make sure there are no lost items. Please check it out. When you arrive at your destination, payment is made automatically with your registered card, and cash payment/physical card payment is never required. After the transfer is complete, please be sure to evaluate the driver on board to provide better service.
