Tada General Reservation is a service that allows you to conveniently book your desired vehicle in advance at your preferred time without worrying about dispatch.
If you need Tada for recurring schedules in daily life, such as commuting hours or times to drop off and pick up your children, try applying for the 'Reservation' service in advance.

How to Use
Select [Reservation] on the main screen of the Tada app, then choose your schedule, departure/arrival route, and desired vehicle.
After payment of the estimated fare based on the route and selected vehicle type, you can submit your reservation.
* For reservation products, your reserved details are finalized based on the departure/arrival locations, so itinerary changes are not possible.
If you wish to make changes, please cancel and rebook. You may cancel free of charge 1) within 10 minutes after the reservation is confirmed or 2) up to 12 hours before boarding. Cancellation fees apply after these times. Reservation cancellations can be made in the detailed usage history.
Fare
Fares are calculated proportionally based on the distance between the specified departure and arrival points using the in-vehicle app meter. This fare reflects a dynamic pricing system, with surge pricing applied depending on demand and supply during peak commuting hours.

※ General Reservation Information ※
- After reservation is received, driver matching is attempted up to 20 minutes before the boarding time. (If a driver who accepted cancels due to unavoidable reasons, matching with a driver able to operate will continue until 20 minutes before boarding time.)
- Reservations can be made at least 30 minutes in advance and up to 8 weeks ahead.
- Payment is processed based on the confirmed amount, but additional charges may apply if the final travel distance exceeds the estimated distance or due to road conditions.
- Coupons/credits can be applied from the time of reservation until before alighting.
- If cancellation occurs after 10 minutes past reservation confirmation and within 12 hours before boarding time, cancellation fees will be charged based on cancellation time. (If boarding does not occur by 10 minutes past boarding time, 100% of the estimated fare (up to 30,000 KRW) will be charged)
Reservation Confirmation
To ensure smooth airport transfers, reservations are guaranteed to be confirmed immediately. However, reservation confirmation is guaranteed only when all the following conditions are met.
1) Reservations departing from Seoul with Gimpo Airport or Incheon Airport as the destination
2) Using Tada Next lineup vehicles
3) Reservations not made or boarded between midnight 00:00 and 06:59 on the same day
- [Example 1] If you book at 1:00 AM on December 1 and want to board at 5:00 AM on December 1, reservation confirmation is not guaranteed
- [Example 2] If you book at 1:00 AM on December 1 and want to board at 5:00 AM on December 2, reservation confirmation is guaranteed.
However, reservations may be canceled due to driver circumstances, or confirmation may not be guaranteed up to 20 minutes before the scheduled boarding time for unavoidable reasons. In such cases, Tada will provide a credit equivalent to 100% of the estimated fare (up to 30,000 KRW) as alternative travel compensation.
