Usage Fees
- The fare is calculated through the in-vehicle app meter proportional to the distance between the designated departure and arrival points. This fare reflects a dynamic pricing system based on supply and demand, such as during rush hours.
- Payment is made post-service completion through a postpaid method.
- Reservation fees are temporarily waived.
Cancellation Fees
If you cancel or fail to board a general reservation product after the reservation is confirmed and a driver is assigned due to a change of mind or personal circumstances, different cancellation fees will apply.
