What Are Recurring Reservations?
Tired of booking the same ride over and over?
Now you can book up to four weeks of rides at once with a single setup.
🧭 How to Get Started
Start just as you would with a standard reservation. On the final screen, tap the Recurring Reservations banner at the top to set up your schedule!
Look for the Setup Prompt
Enter your route, vehicle, and add-ons as usual. On the final preview screen, you will see the message: “For recurring trips, you can book them all at once.” Tap “Set Up.”
Choose the Days and Duration
Choose the days you want your rides to repeat, such as every Monday, and select a duration from one to four weeks. The start and end dates will appear on the screen as soon as you make your selection.
Adjust Individual Dates if Needed
You can adjust specific dates shown on the calendar. To change the time for just one date, select “Change Time for This Date Only.” If you do not need a ride that day, select “Exclude This Date Only.” You can also restore excluded dates later.
Complete Setup and Create All Your Reservations!
Review all your settings, then tap “Complete Setup for N Reservations” to create the selected number of reservations at once. On the details page, a summary card will show your schedule, such as “Repeats on Mondays and Wednesdays · 4 reservations set up.”
Fares shown at this stage are estimates. The actual fare is finalized at the time of each ride.💡 Good to Know Before You Book
- 🔢Each customer can hold up to 100 reservations at a time.
- 🛠️The route, vehicle type, add-ons, and special requests apply to all reservations in the series. Pickup times can vary between rides.
- ✏️You can still edit each reservation individually, including changing the passenger, adjusting the time by up to 30 minutes earlier or later, and changing the payment method or coupon.
- 👨✈️When used with the My Driver service, multiple reservations with similar times and routes may be created with the same driver.
✋ Changing or Canceling Your Schedule
You can change or cancel recurring reservations just like standard reservations.
To Cancel a Single Ride
In the recurring reservation details, tap “Cancel Reservation” for the ride you want to cancel. Only that ride will be canceled, and the rest of your schedule will remain unchanged.
To Cancel All Remaining Rides
Tap “Cancel All Recurring Reservations” to cancel all remaining upcoming rides at once. When only one ride remains, only the single-reservation cancellation button will appear.
