Time Reservation Usage Fee
- Payment is processed as postpaid using the payment method applied during the application stage after the trip is completed.
- Tolls for paid roads, parking fees, etc. are charged separately and billed together with the usage fee.
- Even if the trip is shorter than the selected time, 100% of the selected product fee will be charged.
- The provided distance varies by usage time, and additional fees will be charged separately if the trip exceeds the time or distance limits.

Fare Composition
- Reservation fee + (hourly fee + distance/time excess fee) x dynamic fare + tolls, parking fees
Excess Fees
- Next: When exceeding usage time/limit km, an additional 5,000 KRW per 10 minutes / 800 KRW per km is charged
- Plus: When exceeding usage time/limit km, an additional 6,000 KRW per 10 minutes / 1,220 KRW per km is charged

Cancellation Fees
If you cancel a confirmed reservation with an assigned driver or do not board due to a change of mind, cancellation fees will be charged differently. - Driver matching will be attempted until 20 minutes before the requested boarding time after reservation is received. (If the accepted driver cancels due to unavoidable circumstances, attempts to match a driver who can operate will continue until 20 minutes before boarding time.)
- Reservations can be made at least 1 hour in advance and up to 8 weeks ahead of the date.

Additional fees will be charged if the standard time or distance is exceeded, including in the payment.
(Next: 800 KRW per km, 5,000 KRW per 10 minutes / Plus: 1,220 KRW per km, 6,000 KRW per 10 minutes) - Tolls and parking fees incurred during the trip will also be included in the payment.
- Coupons/credits can be applied from the time of reservation until before disembarking.
- Cancellation fees vary depending on the cancellation time if cancellation occurs after 10 minutes from confirmation or within 12 hours before boarding time. (If boarding does not occur within 10 minutes after boarding time, 100% of the estimated fare (up to 30,000 KRW) will be charged)
- Excessive luggage requests may make the trip difficult, and this may result in boarding refusal and cancellation fees due to no boarding.
