If you change your mind and do not board the flight or cancel the flight after a certain period of time has passed, a corresponding fee will be charged.
Cancellation fee is calculated based on the estimated fare paid in advance before the discount is applied.

- If it exceeds 30 minutes from the scheduled boarding time, it will be considered a no-show.
Note:
- Premium van reservations are confirmed immediately upon receipt of reservation, and the estimated fare is payable. When you finally get off, you will cancel the existing fare and pay the actual fare again.
- Assigned driver and vehicle information can be checked in the usage history around 11:00 a.m. the day before use.
- If the standard time and distance are exceeded, additional fees will be charged. Please refer to the fee information for further details.
- If you do not board the flight more than 30 minutes after the reserved boarding time, it will be considered a no-show and the fare will not be refunded.
- If you request to load excessive luggage, driving may be difficult, You may be notified that you cannot board the vehicle and a fee may be charged for not boarding the vehicle.
