If the customer cancels or does not board during the process of using the reservation service, a fee will be charged as follows.
Reservation cancellation (no-show) fee
If you wish to cancel your reservation, within 10 minutes after the reservation is confirmed, or You can cancel without fee until 12 hours before boarding.
