- Airport transfer service is only available for one-way transfers. If you wish to travel round-trip, please use the premium van time reservation product considering your airport stay time.
Q. Can I travel to the golf course with a time reservation product?
- The time reservation product can be used in all cases, such as travel and tourism. Please make a reservation by considering the round-trip travel time and golf round time.
Q. Can I change my reservation?
- It is difficult to change your reservation because it is confirmed based on the departure/arrival point and the estimated distance. Please cancel and re-book. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the time of cancellation. If you have any special requests, please contact our customer service center.
Q. I couldn't contact the driver or he didn't arrive at the time I specified.
- We apologize for the inconvenience. You can contact the driver directly through the phone button on the Tada screen. If you have any inconveniences, such as being unable to contact us or unable to find driver information, please contact Tada Customer Center at any time.
Q. If I get off midway after boarding, do I have to pay the full fare?
- Premium van reservations are based on the usage amount indicated at the time of reservation, so payment is made as is the reservation amount.
Q. Can I change my payment method after booking?
- You can change your payment method after boarding and before disembarking. If you wish to make changes after getting off, please contact the customer service center through [Contact Us] within the app.
Q. In case of a long-term reservation, do I have to provide the driver's meal and gas expenses?
- The driver's meal and gas expenses are the responsibility of the driver and do not need to be borne by the customer.
Q. The schedule has become longer. Can I use it beyond the requested time?
- You can use it by directly coordinating with the driver on site. Excess time usage fees are added to the fee and paid.
Q. Is there a limit to the number of people that can ride?
- The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter premium van can accommodate up to 13 people. To ensure correct vehicle allocation, please indicate the number of passengers when making your reservation.
