The Tada Premium Van service allows you to use the top-of-the-line large van, the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, for special transportation needs.
Use it freely according to your desired purpose, such as airport transfers or hourly reservations.
- Airport Transfer: You can choose to travel from your departure location to Gimpo Airport or Incheon Airport, or return from Gimpo Airport or Incheon Airport to your destination. Either the departure or destination must be an airport, and the service is available in major areas of Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. (Reservations can be made separately for the outbound and return trips.)
- Hourly Reservation: You can use the service freely for at least 6 hours or more. If you want to wait for a certain period at various stops or destinations such as tours or golf courses and then move again, try this option.

How to Use
You can make a reservation by selecting the [Reservation] button on the main screen of the Tada app, then pressing [Premium Van].
Since the fare is fixed based on the departure and arrival locations of the reservation product, route changes are not allowed. If you want to change the route, please coordinate directly with the driver after boarding or cancel and rebook your reservation. Cancellation fees may apply. For special change requests, please contact customer service.

Important Information
- Premium Van reservations are confirmed immediately upon booking, and the estimated fare is charged. At drop-off, the final route traveled is reflected by canceling the initial payment and charging the actual fare again.
- Driver and vehicle information can be checked in the usage details around 11 a.m. the day before use.
- If the standard time or distance is exceeded, additional charges will be applied and collected. Please refer to the fare information for details.
- If tolls or parking fees occur during the trip, additional payments may be required. (Airport transfers include tolls in the fare.)
- If you do not board within 30 minutes of the reserved boarding time, it will be considered a No Show, and the fare will not be refunded.
- This service is a partnership service and Tada membership benefits do not apply.
