공항 이동 예약 변경을 원하실 경우 취소 후 다시 예약해주시기 바랍니다.
- App path: Menu > Tada Trip > Reservation Details > Select reservation date > Bottom 'Cancel Reservation'
- 예약 변경 관련 문의는 고객센터로 접수해주시기 바랍니다.
※ Cancellation of reservation is not possible after 15:00 the day before boarding, and a fee will be charged.
Cancellation Information
If you cancel your reservation after it has been confirmed, a cancellation fee may be charged.
If your reservation time exceeds 30 minutes, it will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.
Cancellation fee information
아래 기준에 따라 취소수수료가 발생합니다.
| Until 15:00 the day before departure | No Fee |
| 15:00 - midnight the day before departure | 50% of the fee |
| On the day of departure | 100% of the fee |
| No-show 로 인한 취소시 (탑승예약시간 30분 초과시) |
※ In case of VIP VAN, 100% of the fare will be charged as a cancellation fee if cancellation is made on the day of boarding (after midnight).
