Notice of reservation change
If you wish to change your time charter reservation, please cancel and re-book.
- App path: Menu > Tada Trip > Reservation Details > Select reservation date > Bottom 'Cancel Reservation'
- Please contact customer service for inquiries regarding reservation changes.
※ Reservations cannot be canceled after 15:00 the day before boarding, and a fee will be charged.
Cancellation Information
If you cancel your reservation after it has been confirmed, a cancellation fee may be charged.
If your reservation time exceeds 30 minutes, it will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.
Cancellation fee information
Cancellation fees will be charged according to the criteria below.
| Until 15:00 the day before departure | No Fee |
| 15:00 - midnight the day before departure | 50% of the fee |
| On the day of departure | 100% of the fee |
| When canceling due to no-show (When boarding reservation time exceeds 30 minutes) |
※ In case of VIP VAN, 100% of the fare will be charged as a cancellation fee if canceled on the day of boarding (after midnight).
