A. All Tada vehicles are insured and have a standardized accident response manual. We prioritize user safety.
Q. Can I change or cancel my reservation?
A. You can cancel for free until 15:00 the day before boarding, and if you cancel on the day of boarding (after midnight), 100% of the fare will be charged as a cancellation fee. If you wish to change your reservation, please cancel and rebook at least 24 hours prior to boarding. The fare may change due to change distance or time. If your reservation boarding time exceeds 30 minutes, you will be considered a no-show and no refund will be given.
