Q. I think I paid twice.
A. Approval of the estimated fare provisional payment will be canceled when the trip to the destination is completed, and the actual fare will be paid at that time. In other words, actual payment is made only once per trip.
Q. I canceled the call, but I think the prepaid estimated fee was not refunded.
A. Provisional payment will be canceled immediately upon call or reservation cancellation. However, please note that depending on the card company, it may take 2 to 3 days for the actual refund.

A. If payment is not made upon disembarkation, we periodically attempt automatic repayment. If the balance or status of the payment method is normal, payment will be completed on the same day or the next day.
