In general, cash payments are not accepted when using the Tada app.
However, if you use the payment method without registering it within the app or use a non-member call, you can make an exception by paying by card on site (in the vehicle). You can use means:
- In this case, payment must be made on site, and payment within the app is not possible.
- If there is a driver who encourages cash payment in situations other than these reasons, please report it through the Tada app (Menu> Customer Center> Contact Us).
- (If you pay in cash because automatic payment (app) does not work due to a temporary error in the app, card limit exceeded, card expiration date, etc., do not worry as it may result in double (duplicate) payment in the future. Please refer to payment failure help.)
