Q. What are the operating hours and service areas?
The service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Pickups are available throughout Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, and Incheon, with no restrictions on destinations.
Q. How many passengers can ride?
We recommend a maximum of 3 passengers for TADA PLUS, 5 for TADA NEXT, and 10 for Premium Van.
Q. I have a lot of luggage. Can I bring it all?
TADA operates under the Passenger Transport Service Act. Only accompanied baggage and other items permitted under that Act and the terms and conditions of taxi transportation may be carried.
Travel suitcases, golf clubs, and golf bags appropriate for the number of passengers may be loaded, provided they do not fall under the restrictions below.
If you request to load items restricted under TADA’s luggage policy, the driver may be unable to provide the ride, and cancellation or no-show fees will apply. Restricted items and circumstances include:
Luggage or items weighing 20 kg or more that fall within the scope of freight specified in the Trucking Transport Business Act
Luggage that is too bulky or too plentiful to fit in the trunk or cargo compartment
Items that interfere with passenger transportation due to dirt, unpleasant odors, or similar conditions
Items that pose a safety risk or may damage the vehicle interior
Transporting luggage without the passenger accompanying it
Hazardous materials, including explosive, corrosive, or flammable substances
Items that may be damaged during the ride, such as bicycles, wheelchairs, furniture, and electronics including TVs
Attempts to bring items on board that cannot reasonably be carried as personal baggage
For TADA PLUS and LIGHT, luggage space may be limited in some vehicle models because an LPG tank is installed in the trunk.
TADA drivers provide transportation services only and are not obligated to assist with loading luggage.
Additional luggage may fit depending on the vehicle. Before boarding, please contact your driver using the privacy-protected phone number in the TADA app, describe your luggage in detail, and confirm whether it can be accommodated.
Q. Can I bring a bicycle, wheelchair, furniture, or appliances such as a TV?
Interior space varies between TADA vehicles, and vehicles do not have dedicated equipment for securing cargo. For safety reasons and to prevent damage during the ride, bicycles, wheelchairs, furniture, and appliances such as TVs cannot be loaded.
If you request to load unsuitable or excessive luggage, the driver may be unable to provide the ride, and cancellation fees may apply.
Q. I can’t see the Reservations button.
If the [Reservations] menu is not visible at the bottom of the TADA home screen, please check whether you have the latest version of the TADA app. If not, please update it.
Q. Can I make a reservation for someone else?
Yes. When making the reservation, enter the actual passenger’s phone number in the passenger information section. The passenger will then be able to view the driver’s current location and contact details.
TADA’s privacy-protected phone numbers do not support international calls, so customers overseas cannot communicate with drivers through them. Therefore, customers who are overseas cannot make reservations on behalf of someone traveling in Korea.
Q. Where can I view my reservations?
In the app, go to Ride History > Upcoming.
Q. Can I change an existing reservation?
If your scheduled pickup is at least 2 hours away, you can move the pickup time up to 30 minutes earlier or later. However, cancellation fees may apply depending on when you change the reservation.
Q. I can’t reach my driver, or my driver hasn’t arrived at the scheduled time.
We apologize for the inconvenience. You can contact your driver using the phone button in the TADA app. If your driver has not arrived more than 10 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, you may choose to cancel.
TADA continuously monitors reservations to help drivers complete them smoothly. If you experience any issues, please contact TADA Customer Support at any time.
Q. Can I change the pickup location after making a reservation?
The pickup location cannot be changed. Please cancel your reservation and make a new one. Cancellation fees may apply if a driver has been assigned and your scheduled pickup is less than 12 hours away.
Q. Can I cancel a reservation if my plans change?
You can cancel from the reservation details page. Cancellation fees may apply depending on when you cancel.
Q. Do I have to pay the full fare if I get out before reaching my destination?
For standard reservations, drivers accept requests based on the fare shown at the time of booking, so you will be charged the full reserved fare. If you expect your plans to change during the ride, we recommend requesting an on-demand ride instead.
Q. Can I change my payment method after making a reservation?
You can change your payment method after boarding and before the ride ends. If you would like to change it after the ride has ended, please contact Customer Support through Contact Us in the app.
Important Information About Standard Reservations
After you submit a reservation request, we will attempt to match you with a driver until 20 minutes before your requested pickup time. If a driver who has accepted your reservation must cancel due to unavoidable circumstances, we will continue looking for another available driver until 20 minutes before pickup.
Reservations can be made for pickups from 30 minutes to 8 weeks in advance.
You will be charged the confirmed fare. However, additional charges may apply if the actual travel distance exceeds the estimated distance or depending on road conditions.
Coupons and credits can be applied from the time of booking until the ride ends.
Once 10 minutes have passed since reservation confirmation and the scheduled pickup is within 12 hours, cancellation fees vary depending on when you cancel. If you have not boarded by 10 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, a no-show fee of 100% of the estimated fare will apply, capped at KRW 30,000.
