What is pre-singing?
Tada Advance Call is a convenient service that allows you to reserve the desired vehicle (Next/Plus) at the desired time in advance without worrying about dispatch. You can make a reservation in advance for your desired time slot by selecting the ‘Reservation’ menu on the Tada app home screen.

- Destination - No restrictions

- Next: Up to 3 golf bags with a 24-inch carrier or up to 2 golf bags without a carrier
(Up to 3 adults can ride to ensure luggage space when fully loaded) - Plus: Up to 2 pieces per 24-inch carrier.
(Some vehicle models have LPG gas cylinders installed in the trunk, so it may be difficult to load bulky luggage due to lack of space.)
If boarding is not possible due to member circumstances, such as excessive baggage, a cancellation fee may be charged.

- Dirty or foul-smelling items
- Items that may pose a safety hazard or damage the interior of the vehicle
- If the user is only carrying luggage without boarding
- Items that may be damaged during movement
(Not possible for bulky electronic products such as bicycles, wheelchairs, furniture, and TVs due to concerns of damage due to impact) - If you forcefully carry something that cannot be carried on your seat

- Next 5 people (may vary depending on vehicle type, but vehicle selection is not possible when calling, so a maximum of 5 people is allowed)
- Plus 3 people recommended for a comfortable ride (up to 4 people allowed)

[Tips for calling in advance and departing from the airport]
- When using advance call departing from the airport, we recommend that you make your boarding reservation at least 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours after the flight's scheduled arrival time, taking into account the time required for immigration procedures, etc. (If boarding is delayed for more than 10 minutes, it will be considered a no-show and a fee may be charged.)

- Changes cannot be made after reservation (cancellation and re-booking are possible), so please choose your reservation time carefully.
- If you wish to cancel your reservation, you can do so without a fee within 10 minutes after the reservation is confirmed or up to 12 hours before boarding.
