1. If an accident is reported through the driver, the monitoring department will confirm and provide you with the necessary accident information right away.
2. If insurance claims are required, please stay at the scene to ensure a smooth process. If you are not present at the scene, it may be difficult to confirm information, resulting in delays.
3. If you have passengers, please ask them to stay at the scene as well.
