If cancellation or non-boarding occurs during the service use process, a fee will be charged as follows.
1. Cancellation fee
If the call is canceled after 2 minutes from the time the vehicle was dispatched, a cancellation fee will be charged. Charged.
- Tada Next: 3,000 won
- Tada Plus: 3,000 won
- Tada Light: 1,000 won
※ However, a cancellation fee will be charged only if there is a difference of more than 5 minutes between the vehicle's estimated arrival time and the actual arrival time in a real-time call. Exempted.
2. Non-boarding fee
If the vehicle arrives at the location called by the customer and does not board the vehicle within 5 minutes, dispatch may be canceled and a non-boarding fee will be charged.
- Tada Next: 4,000 won
- Tada Plus: 5,000 won
- Tada Light: 2,000 won
If boarding is delayed, please be sure to contact the driver and board as quickly as possible.
3. Reservation cancellation fee
If you wish to cancel your reservation, within 10 minutes after the reservation is confirmed, or Up to 12 hours before boarding You can cancel without a fee.
