- To protect the driver's personal information, this function is only valid for 3 days after the drop-off is completed.
- Even if it is within 3 days after the drop-off is completed, the call may not be connected if the driver is off work or driving.
- Please wait after sending the message and the driver will contact you when he/she is able to talk after ending the existing trip.
- You must register your payment method to submit your application.

Even if you do not want to deliver it directly to a police station, garage, etc., you must agree to registration and payment at the time of application as there may be changes.

If lost items are found in the vehicle, you can receive the lost items by directly coordinating if the driver is able to deliver them, rather than handing them over to a police station or garage (transportation company) near the driver's location.
However, since the driver must stop business and move, business loss costs depending on travel time and distance. 30,000~50,000 won will be automatically charged from your registered card.
- For delivery within 10km/1 hour: KRW 30,000
- For delivery over 10km/1 hour: KRW 50,000

- As a platform operator, Tada is responsible for lost items.
- Tada drivers are independent contractors and have no obligation to store lost items and are not responsible for loss.
- Tada changes drivers and vehicles 24 hours a day, so it may be difficult to immediately check lost items.
- We are not responsible if lost items are damaged.
- If the driver is leaving work or driving, the call may not be connected immediately. In this case, please send a message to inquire whether you have recovered the lost item.
- Even if you want to deliver it directly, you cannot specify the time. In the case of driver circumstances, electronic products and valuables, etc., lost items can be handed over to a nearby police station or transportation company, and the delivery location will be communicated to the user.
- In other words, direct delivery cannot be forced on the driver.
- Tada's affiliated transport company transfers lost items to a nearby police station or district within 7 days in accordance with the Lost and Found Act.
- Lost items that are at risk of deterioration or corruption will be discarded immediately. (e.g. food, flowers, etc.)
