If another person is in the vehicle I called
- Tada will send a push notification to the app when movement begins. If you are not in the assigned vehicle and you receive a departure notification, it may mean that another user is in the vehicle. Call the driver immediately and inform him of the incident, and request a no-charge cancellation.
- If a cancellation fee is incurred instead of a charge-free cancellation, please write down the specific details (date, time, and situation of boarding) and notify Tada Customer Center.
If I am riding in a vehicle called by someone else
- If you depart in another vehicle, Please inform the driver of the vehicle you are riding in. Then, immediately call the driver you called and inform them of the fact, and cancel the car call in the Tada app.
- If the ride was not canceled or an unfair fee was charged, please write down the specific details (boarding date, time, situation) and notify Tada Customer Service.
After dispatch is completed, you can check the vehicle number to board through the Tada app. Before boarding, be sure to check that the vehicle number shown on the app matches the number of the vehicle you are boarding.
