- If you have experienced a threat to your personal life due to inappropriate physical contact, unpleasant words or behavior from the driver, or reckless driving/immature driving, etc., please write down specific details (boarding date and time, vehicle number, driver name) and notify Tada Customer Service.
- If you are dissatisfied with vehicle quality or management, please write down specific details (vehicle condition, vehicle number) and notify Tada Customer Center.
