Hello partner, this is Team Tada.
We would like to inform you about the “Driving Status Map” function opened in the driver app.
To help our partners drive efficiently, we plan to provide a map within the driver app that can refer to the operation status of Tada vehicles along with a function to view areas with many calls.
Accordingly, the existing [Area with many calls] menu will be renamed to the [Dashboard] menu, and you can check [Operation status map] and [Area with many calls] in the changed [Dashboard] menu.
[Operation Status Map] allows you to log in to the Tada Driver App and check the operation status and location of all vehicles commuting to work at a glance. It is easy to check by displaying the status of each vehicle (receiving, picking up, driving, resting) in a separate color.
Through this update, it is expected that partners will be able to use the [operation status map] along with the previously provided [area with many calls] as reference data needed for operation, which will help in efficient operation.
This function will be available after 14:00 on Monday, August 14, 2023, and can be checked on the dashboard in the dashboard and drawer menu at the top right of the driver app call reception/rest screen. Please refer to the screen below for detailed app screens.
[Vehicle Status]
- Receiving (red) - Vehicle receiving call
- Picking up (yellow) - Vehicle waiting to be dispatched and boarded
- In operation (green) - Vehicle on call to customer destination
- Resting (gray) - Resting car
