My Driver function opening information

Notice that the My Driver feature has been updated.

My Driver is a function that allows customers using Tada to designate the driver they want to see again after completing use, and to prioritize calling the My Driver registered by the customer when making a subsequent call. It is expected to be of great help to partners' driving profits and customers' reuse.

• Customers can designate a driver who has given a satisfaction rating as a regular while boarding or after disembarking Tada.
• Customers can register multiple regular drivers without limitation.
• When a customer makes a call reservation (after 24 hours), he or she can select one or more My Drivers to call.
  
  • At this time, if multiple people are selected, a reservation creation notification will be displayed to all selected partners.

• When a regular reservation call is created, will be notified through an overlay, and the call can also be viewed in the reservation call list.
  • Notice to all partners in attendance status, including while on break (excluding while driving)
• For partners in operation, when the operation ends, you will be notified through an overlay.
• If a customer designates multiple partners as My Driver, all partners will be notified through an overlay.
• In addition to guidance through the driver app overlay, guidance on creating a regular reservation call is also provided through SMS text .
  • It is not sent between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM, and regular reservation calls made during that time are sent all at once after 6:00 PM.
  • SMS text notification to partners in all statuses (going to work, leaving work, driving, leaving work)
• Regular reservation calls will be exposed only to partners registered as regulars for 6 hours after reservation creation, and after 6 hours , they will be exposed to all partners in the reservation call list .
