We would like to inform you that the function to modify the route while driving has been updated.
[Existing operation Method]
- The arrival at the stopover was not checked separately
- It was possible to ‘pay the fare’ immediately after ‘starting operation’
- At the start of the operation, all stops were included in the navigation system
[Change driving method]
- Only the address currently being moved will be highlighted (bright) processed.
- Addresses that have completed arrival are displayed with check icons .
- When you press the [Move to next location] button, guidance to the next location begins with [Navigation].
- When you arrive near a waypoint, [waypoint arrival information] is displayed.
- When arriving at a stopover, press the [Tada in operation] button displayed on the navigation screen, then press the [Arrival completed] button in the Tada driver app.
- When the [Arrival] button is pressed, if the driver's current location is more than 500m away from the waypoint radius, a notification screen to reconfirm the waypoint is displayed. If you accidentally pressed the
- [Arrive button], please press the [Cancel button] on the screen.
- If you arrive at the waypoint and the above screen is displayed, press the [Arrival Complete] button.
- Once you have arrived at all the stops, go to the final destination. Move.
- After arriving at the final destination, press the [Payment] button on the navigation screen and proceed with payment. Please.
Additional instructions
- You can select another destination while driving and receive navigation guidance to that destination.
- Example) You can skip the waypoint you are currently moving through and receive guidance to the next destination.
- If a passenger verbally requests a route change, please inform them, “Please change the route using the Tada app.”
