The TADA app now offers Recurring Reservations, a new feature that lets customers conveniently book rides that repeat at the same time every day or every week. Please review the information below to help you prepare for these rides.
This feature allows customers to book repeated rides in advance with the same pickup location, destination, and time. For example, customers can schedule their daily morning commute ahead of time.
✓ You can view reservation requests up to four weeks ahead, making it easier to plan your driving schedule.
✓ When regular customers book rides at the same time repeatedly, you can accommodate their recurring trips without needing separate confirmation.
When a recurring reservation is created, multiple requests with the same trip details will appear in your request list, each for a different date. Simply select and accept the requests for the dates you prefer.
· Even on the same date, pickup times may differ. Please check the date and time carefully before accepting a request.
· Once accepted, the same ride procedures and cancellation penalty rules as standard reservations apply.
