[What is the additional waiting fee service?]
- This is an additional service where you are charged for the additional waiting time after arriving at the departure point in a real-time call.
- (Additional waiting fee is 200 won per minute, waiting can be up to 10 minutes)

After arriving at the departure point, display a notification if the customer ‘requests waiting time’ in the app.
※ The additional waiting time is at the partner's option, and if you do not refuse, it will be automatically accepted after 8 seconds.

- After accepting the request for additional waiting time, if the partner cancels the dispatch within the additional waiting time, no cancellation fee or waiting fee will be charged.
- There will be no disadvantage to your partner if your request for additional waiting time is rejected due to issues such as parking.
- However, if you do not reject it within 8 seconds after displaying the request notification, it will be automatically accepted.
