Hello partner
This is the Tada team.
The “Receiving Calls While Resting Function” will be updated to provide partners who are resting for a long time or who are unaware of their resting status the opportunity to perform calls through call dispatch.
[Receiving call function during break]
- Update: Sequential update from Monday, June 24, 2024
- Dispatch radius: Call dispatch within 2km when resting
- Dispatch method: 1:1 acceptance dispatch / Automatic rejection after 8 seconds
- Unlike a regular real-time call, the call is automatically rejected after 8 seconds because the call is dispatched during a break.
- The number of rejections is not counted
- Dispatch to a vehicle during a break only if no vehicle is receiving
[Answering call app screen while taking a break]
1. If you are viewing an app other than the Tada app (Naver, YouTube, etc.), the top push and overlay (green) are displayed at the same time.
2. If you are looking at the Tada app screen, only overlay (green) will be displayed.
3. When a call is accepted, the screen changes to the call dispatch screen. After this, app operation is the same as the existing call performance method.
[Cautions]
- The call reception function while resting attempts to dispatch a nearby vehicle that is resting because there are no receiving vehicles available for dispatch near the customer's call.
- If you accept a call while taking a break, please be sure to drive normally.
Thank you.
